1、服务短剧音乐内容建设，基于对目标用户和内容的理解持续探索内容方向； 2、制定完整的内容供给策略，协同各合作部门落地实施，对于实施过程中出现的问题制定有效的解决方案，保证方案顺利落地； 3、根据内容特点制定内容生产策略、内容筛选及生产资源匹配机制，协同相关方跟进项目管理，基于数据分析发现优化空间、制定优化方案并推进落地； 4、协同合作团队制定传播方案，协调内外部资源，跟进支持宣发项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，有策略运营/文娱项目管理等相关经验者优先； 2、具备良好的项目管理能力、执行力和沟通协调能力，能独立负责项目和跨部门推进； 3、良好的数据敏感度，逻辑能力，自我驱动，结果导向，善于不断学习提升； 4、热爱内容，了解短剧和音乐内容，有OST或账号运营经验的候选人优先。
