1、协助小游戏广告中“试玩/直玩”新样式的效果优化；包含客户效果和用户体验链路问题的定位拆解、原因分析和解决方案的落地，能管理与推进多项进行中的迭代需求，并与运营共同参与制定各问题的标准化排查流程； 2、负责小游戏IAA（应用内广告）的ROI投广链路建设；包括客户从归因的接入配置、投放策略验证、模型效果优化、数据监控体系搭建，直至最终的效果复盘与迭代优化； 3、协助团队完成其他与小游戏广告相关的工作任务，如客户调研、产品分析等，为团队提供有力的支持和帮助。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机/数据科学/统计学相关专业背景优先； 2、较强的逻辑能力和数据分析能力，能通过SQL等工具挖掘业务问题并可视化呈现； 3、较好的沟通协作能力，能够以结果导向推动项目，充分暴露并高效解决问题； 4、较强的学习能力和责任心，能快速适应新环境和任务，独立并迅速地完成分配的工作； 5、对互联网广告有基础认知，有广告策略经验背景优先，熟悉小游戏变现逻辑经验优先； 6、至少连续实习3个月及以上，每周到岗不少于4天。
