日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责公司多个跨产品业务方向，提供可复用的平台能力及技术解决方案。我们为公司多业务提供如地理位置、行业数据、舆情、众包标注、中间件等多类型的中台能力与技术解决方案，积极利用AI等技术做中台能力提效与升级。 加入我们，你将有机会从中台的多视角参与业务建设，感受不同类型/阶段的业务特点；通过投身亿级用户场景的开发&架构工作，学习和解决极富挑战的技术问题；你也可以从数据出发，积极利用策略和模型，为业务提供有价值的助力。

1、研究、创新、开发和优化最先进的NLP算法和模型，如文本分类、信息提取、情感分析等； 2、精益求精，结合最新的深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等，不断优化和改进现有的NLP算法和模型，通过Data Driven的方法不断提高模型的准确性和性能，达到优化状态； 3、研究和开发NLP领域的算法，并将算法用到字节跳动各业务场景； 4、跟进前沿的NLP技术，保持技术的领先。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具有自驱能力和热情，对新的NLP技术和应用有着深厚的兴趣和热爱，积极探索和研究； 3、精通自然语言处理相关算法和模型，熟悉常见的机器学习算法和深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等，能够独立完成算法和模型的开发和优化； 4、熟悉Linux环境和常用的版本控制工具，如Git等，具有优秀的软件开发流程管理能力，能够进行代码回查、测试、部署等工作； 5、有良好的英文读写能力和扎实的数学基础，发表过高水平论文优先，有自然语言理解、聊天机器人、海量数据挖掘、知识图谱等研发经验优先； 6、责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力；每周至少实习4天，持续时间不少于6个月。
