1、协助搭建公司招聘ROI管理体系，通过数据分析定位问题、输出管理洞察，并推动方案落地执行，持续提升整体招聘效能； 2、负责招聘全渠道数据归集与治理，搭建并迭代渠道数据处理框架及测算模型，为渠道策略制定提供数据支撑； 3、结合业务场景差异，探索招聘渠道的精准匹配与优化，赋能渠道使用方法和工具； 4、开展招聘漏斗全链路数据分析，定期输出渠道效果洞察报告，提供建设性解决方案助力业务侧招聘管理优化及公司整体招聘效能提升； 5、统筹协调招聘渠道及ROI管理相关系统需求，梳理需求优先级，协同各招聘团队推进系统建设与工具迭代落地，探索并推动AI技术在招聘ROI管理、渠道运营及各类数据分析场景的落地应用，提升运营效率与数据处理能力。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上HR数据运营相关工作经验； 2、具备扎实的数据处理与分析能力、出色的业务理解力与需求转化能力； 3、有招聘数据运营、HR数据分析或相关系统建设经验者优先；有与产品/技术团队合作推动系统需求落地的实际经验优先； 4、英语能作为工作语言； 5、逻辑思维清晰，具备自驱力及跨部门项目推进能力，能在复杂的多任务场景中高效交付成果。
