1、负责抖音合养精灵内容运营，支持官方账号全流程内容制作，包含视频及图文策划、素材准备、后期剪辑及简单包装； 2、协助抖音合养精灵用户触达相关工作，包含功能宣传、官媒内容策划、运营策略复盘分析等； 3、参与市场及行业调研，为运营策略迭代提供建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数字媒体/编导/动画等相关专业； 2、熟悉剪辑软件，有视频制作经验，对于热点内容有自己的理解与洞察；熟悉AIGC漫剧制作流程，了解并熟悉使用各种AI工具，有较强的学习能力和执行力，具备一定的审美和内容敏感度； 3、有3D动画制作经验，熟悉制作流程，能够独立使用Blender、Unity或Maya等软件者优先； 4、有内容运营实习相关经验，有账号运营经验，对社交APP或社交玩法感兴趣； 5、每周4天及以上出勤，能连续实习3个月以上； 6、申请职位需附上个人作品链接。
