团队介绍：数据平台是字节跳动数据中台部门，为公司多业务线（包括抖音、电商、直播和生活服务等）提供一站式大数据解决方案，涵盖数据的生产、清洗、传输、建模、分析等全流程链路，提供数据开发、实验评估、画像标签、增强分析等多元场景解决能力。同时，数据平台部门也致力于把字节跳动积累沉淀的数据中台解决方案做商业化输出，让更多行业能够应用我们的产品能力构建自己的数据中台。在火山引擎上，我们提供了营销增长套件，数据中台等相关产品解决方案，为泛互联网、金融、汽车、新零售等行业提供了行业解决方案。

1、参与客户业务调研，将业务痛点翻译为数据/AI场景需求，识别“可被Demo快速验证”的高价值切入点； 2、在2–4周内交付可运行原型（含智能问数测试、DataAgent样板间搭建、Agent工作流编排），完成数据接入、Prompt调优、效果验证全链路； 3、在客户现场独立完成“业务问题→数据→结论→应用”闭环；需求模糊时主动定义问题、推动落地，对结果负责； 4、将一线发现的高价值需求与产品差距结构化回流至火山引擎产品团队，参与产品路线图迭代； 5、将单客户验证成功的方案抽象为标准化Skills/Agent模板，推动“碎石路→高速公路”的能力复用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用SQL，并了解至少一种主流BI工具；有CDP、UBA、MA等数据产品使用经验更佳； 3、理解LLM、RAG、Agent、Tool-Use等基本原理，能够独立完成端到端Agent Demo搭建，并对“可被Agent消费”的数据形态有认知； 4、熟悉Python，了解或使用过扣子、HiAgent、Dify等Agent平台；有LangGraph、LangChain、Prompt-Engineering、Agent Harness等实践经验优先； 5、持续关注国内外AI/数据产品和行业趋势，能够结合产品演进判断业务落地价值与可行性； 6、能清晰拆解复杂技术和业务问题，与客户及产品团队高效沟通； 1）具备流畅阅读英文技术文档、论文和国际产品资料的能力； 2）具备较强判断力、独立闭环能力和主动推动意识，能从业务问题出发，完成“问题—数据—结论—应用”的落地，并用业务指标量化交付价值。
