1、负责前端、客户端、服务端等多领域业务开发工作，覆盖业务全链路，按业务需求统筹各端开发优先级，打破端侧壁垒，实现业务功能高效落地； 2、深度运用AI效能工具开展开发全流程工作，提升代码开发效率与质量，主动探索AI工具在多端开发场景的优化空间，助力提升团队AI代码贡献率； 3、立足全栈发展趋势，明确流程中所需要的先进生产力工具，可以结合业务深度参与业务的先进生产力包括不限于AI相关能力的研发，长期可以为大家提供更全面的业务和技术视角； 4、关注AI工具、全栈开发前沿技术与行业趋势，跟进业内最新工具与应用方案，结合业务场景提出创新思路，探索AI技术与全栈开发结合的最优路径，支撑业务长远发展； 5、配合团队完成技术方案讨论、架构优化、代码评审等工作，助力团队形成“按业务分工、全栈协同”的开发模式，适配未来全栈发展导向； 6、结合全栈技术思路以及AI应用，探索业务发展方向，用技术提升业务可发展的更多象限，保障技术为业务赋能，做到用技术引领业务进一步提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础知识（数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等）； 3、具备前端（JS/TS/Vue/React等）、客户端（Android/iOS/鸿蒙/KMP任一）、服务端（Golang/Python/Java/C++任一）任一领域的开发经验，有全栈开发经验者优先； 4、对AI相关发展和工具有一定了解，具备AI工具使用经验，认可AI Coder定位，明确自身长期全栈发展规划，具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能快速上手新领域技术，适配业务驱动的开发模式； 5、具备良好的编程习惯和代码管理能力，熟悉基础设计模式和开发原则，能主动关注并优化自身负责的项目，具备一定的问题排查和解决能力； 6、热爱技术、主动负责、乐于直面挑战，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能积极参与团队技术讨论，共同推进业务落地与技术创新。
