1、负责抖音商城用户增长规模与流量效率等产品建设，覆盖首页框架迭代、全域流量导流、营销活动三大方向；承担首页体验优化、流量转化链路、营销工具与玩法等产品项目，通过产品方案持续优化增长效果，兼顾业务目标与用户体验； 2、深入挖掘用户需求、理解用户结构与流量分发逻辑，围绕首页场景、导流场景、大促/日常活动场景持续输出创新产品思路并推动落地，通过数据复盘与用户研究持续打磨迭代； 3、关注电商行业趋势及业内优秀增长、首页产品、营销活动案例，总结沉淀方法论，输出符合抖音商城用户特性与业务阶段的产品方案，沉淀可复用的产品能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备较强的数据洞察与逻辑分析能力，思维严谨，能够通过数据拆解问题、验证产品方案效果； 3、自驱力强，敢于突破创新，具备良好的责任心，能适应业务环境； 4、有互联网增长、电商产品、活动营销相关实习经验者优先。
