1、负责C+xQ中长期规划：主导未来x个季度的需求预测与资源规划，为供应链备货、机房建设及技术迭代提供战略输入； 2、负责C+xQ短中期需求精细化排布：基于中长期资源池，将业务需求细化到月度的具体交付计划，实现需求、机房电力、整机供应的精准匹配与动态调整； 3、基于月度/季度统计预测结果，分析预测偏差，跟踪需求预测准确率，刻画需求变化及满足度变化； 4、动态监控资源供需差距，熟练掌握关键部件的供需趋势，跟进瓶颈物料的提拉与补充供应方案，提供业务需求满足度； 5、熟悉服务器新旧产品迭代产品路径图，结合业务性能需求、当前供需情况，通过需求引导、资源置换等方式，联动横向团队推动老旧机型需求EOL与新型号机型的规模化导入。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有5年以上服务器产品管理/需求管理经验，熟悉服务器软硬件和相关技术； 3、数据敏感度强、主观能动性强，具备良好的跨团队协作和沟通能力； 4、具备创新思维和问题解决能力，能够独立推动产品规划和方案演进； 5、对工作充满热情，具备较强的责任心。
