1、支持内容消费行业（如短剧、游戏、AI漫剧、小说、应用等）相关商业化产品运营工作，结合行业特性与业务场景，协助梳理行业痛点与诉求，参与需求分析、策略优化及项目推进，助力行业增长； 2、参与流量策略、转化产品、AI自动化、直播内容经营等方向的分析与运营工作，理解产品逻辑及其在不同内容行业场景中的应用机会与潜在风险，协助沉淀行业解决方案和案例； 3、参与创新产品策略及行业玩法的规划、验证和迭代，协同产品、研发、销售等团队推进项目落地，支持分场景打法的打磨、总结与扩展； 4、参与AI工具和AI工作方式在业务中的应用，主动学习并尝试将其用于信息整理、数据分析、方案复盘和协作提效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对互联网产品运营、商业化广告、流量策略或内容消费行业有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的学习能力、逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度，能够从复杂业务现象中识别问题、拆解原因，并形成结构化判断； 3、责任心强，有主人翁意识和执行力，具备良好的沟通协同能力，能够积极推动跨团队合作事项落地； 4、对新事物保持好奇心，愿意持续学习，对AI、AIGC、广告产品或行业策略方向有理解和兴趣者优先； 5、有相关实习经历者优先（互联网产品运营/商业化/增长策略/内容行业均可）。
