团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、市场活动全流程落地：深度支持亚太区各类Campaign的策划与执行，负责线下活动的物料准备、现场协调与流程跟进； 2、高标准内容创作：为LinkedIn、社交媒体、EDM（邮件营销）及各类宣传手册撰写专业且具说服力的营销文案，确保内容符合Lark的品牌调性与To B业务逻辑； 3、合作伙伴联动：协助市场经理与外部合作伙伴沟通，共同策划联合营销活动，并负责内容的同步开发与分发； 4、数据分析与SOP沉淀：跟踪并分析活动表现，利用Lark Base等工具整理Lead转化数据，并总结项目经验，建立可复用的标准化工作流程（SOP)； 5、创意与设计支持：发挥创意，协助优化营销材料的设计与排版，确保交付物的高质量与一致性。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备市场活动策划或落地执行经验者优先，能够处理活动执行中的各种细节； 3、具备优秀的英文撰写能力，能够产出高质量的营销软文及宣传稿件；英文流利者优先，能用中文工作沟通； 4、对AI领域有好奇心，能熟练运用AI工具辅助工作（如文案创作、调研、数据处理），有Lark Base使用经验优先； 5、能够迅速掌握新工具、新业务，并在模糊环境下主动寻找解决方案，对待工作认真细致，具备项目统筹和时间管理能力，能够独立驱动任务完成； 6、能够连续实习4-6个月，每周出勤5天。
