团队介绍：Data-抖音团队，负责抖音APP的推荐算法、AI大模型应用、内容算法、智能对话等算法工作，对接全链路各体裁（短视频，图文）各业务（内容消费，互动，UGC，双列，社交，生态，垂类，创作，消息，汽水音乐，精选，随变，增长投放，评论，内容理解&安全、智能对话等）。我们的工作涉及大规模推荐算法的优化、多业务复杂约束下的优化问题、多模态内容理解、LLM基础技术研究、业务Agent化和创新AI落地应用、CV/NLP等多个学术领域的算法改进工作、对多种场景的推荐架构的设计和实现和对产品数据的复杂深入的分析工作。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索工业界最领先的推荐系统架构和推荐大模型算法、可以通过使用最新的大模型技术支持抖音的AI分身、业务智能化、智能客服等创新探索；可以通过对产品的深度理解和思考，将算法应用到业务中去；也可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、探索推荐模型的Scaling路径，推进召回、粗排、精排模型的规模化升级及One Model统一建模，提升模型的泛化能力、迭代效率和推荐效果； 2、探索大语言模型在推荐系统中的后训练与强化学习技术，包括LLM4Rec、Reward Modeling、强化学习等方向，推动大模型在推荐全链路中的应用； 3、基于LLM和强化学习开展评论排序与社区体验优化，识别和推荐高质量评论，探索优质、友善、有获得感的内容社区； 4、探索推荐生态Agent，结合内容、作者、评论和社区反馈，提升生态治理、内容理解、作者成长及优质内容供给效率，促进精选生态长期繁荣；探索面向用户的个性化Agent，通过用户交互、行为反馈和长期兴趣建模，更深入地理解用户需求，研究预训练、后训练及在线学习方法，提升用户体验与长期留存； 5、团队覆盖推荐系统、内容生态、社区体验等综合方向，既关注召回、排序和生态机制等基础技术迭代，也持续探索大模型与Agent驱动的新一代推荐系统。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、对推荐算法和机器学习有热情、乐于学习、思考和创新； 4、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神； 5、熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中一项或多项，对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎、CV、NLP、语音相关领域有经验者优先； 6、对大语言模型、强化学习、智能体等方向有兴趣，具备相关研究、竞赛或项目经验者优先。
