1、负责互联网信贷业务平台的产品架构/设计，具体产品方向有：用户营销、商家营销、营销平台、用户平台、客服平台等； 2、结合业务发展诉求，分析产品现状，梳理产品链路，对平台产品进行前瞻性设计，推动平台能力迭代与产品架构升级； 3、与各团队合作，进行产品能力抽象与工具产出，提供有效的产品方案，推进业务指标达成； 4、与技术团队紧密合作，在架构设计、产品研发效率、产品保障等方面形成有效的机制，持续提升产品效率与质量。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备用户洞察力，善于提炼用户需求与能力抽象，具备一定业务思维，能清晰描绘产品路径； 3、具备出色的沟通和表达能力，有团队合作精神，具体较强的协同能力，推动项目发展； 4、逻辑清晰、思维缜密，思考力强，具备优秀的问题解决能力； 5、对用户体验敏感，有平台产品经验的优先。
