1、参与亿级规模文娱行业（短剧/漫剧为主）全变现模式效率优化，聚焦IAP（内购）、IAA（广告变现）及混合变现场景，主导短剧内流广告阻断个性化时长、金币激励策略、付费QCPX等模块的算法迭代与效果提升，直接影响业务变现指标； 2、深耕因果推断、深度学习、强化学习、多任务学习等前沿技术，落地相关领域最新研究成果，优化个性化treatment精准度，通过技术创新突破短漫剧行业IAA、IAP变现瓶颈，实现用户体验与商业收益的双向提升； 3、深度渗透文娱营销业务场景，结合业务痛点与行业趋势，通过模型创新、算法迭代，搭建业界领先的营销算法体系，赋能业务规模化增长，打造差异化竞争优势。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力与代码规范意识，扎实掌握数据结构与算法基础，熟练运用C++/Golang/Python中至少一门编程语言，能独立完成算法模型的开发、调试与落地； 3、具备智能补贴、智能定价、广告投放、推荐算法等相关领域项目实践经验者优先，熟悉文娱行业变现逻辑者加分； 4、拥有扎实的机器学习/深度学习理论与实践经验，精通常见机器学习算法；有QCPX优化、因果推断、强化学习相关项目实践经验者优先，能独立设计并落地算法解决方案； 5、工作积极主动，责任心强，具备较强的主人翁意识与跨团队协作能力，能高效推进项目从方案设计到落地复盘的全流程； 6、强业务导向思维，善于深入理解文娱营销与变现业务逻辑，能将技术优化与业务目标深度绑定，用技术手段解决实际业务痛点、达成业务增长目标。
