日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责字节跳动中国音乐业务，包括流媒体汽水音乐，抖音音乐、版权内容等相关业务，我们致力于成为具有影响力的音乐平台，成为让用户最容易发现音乐、了解音乐、进行音乐表达和创作、围绕音乐交流的社区。

1、基于音乐节、Live house等音乐演出场景及业务目标，能够主动策划音乐内容及协助团队项目顺利落地； 2、对用户内容运营有思考，监控、分析数据并及时跟踪反馈，辅助业务制定内容运营方案，为长线目标和收益服务； 3、对音乐及演出内容有基础判断，协助业务完成多方、跨部门对接工作，提高沟通效率，信息同步，能够多线程开展工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，音乐、影视、文化艺术产业相关专业优先； 2、对音乐行业有浓厚兴趣，了解周边制作及发行流程，熟知娱乐明星、韩流明星者（抽卡和集卡）优先，有新媒体运营、周边售卖营销、从业等复合经验的同学优先； 3、有较强的文字功底、图片及视频处理制作、数据分析能力，会使用设计软件或视频剪辑工具者、音乐剪辑软件者优先； 4、熟练使用办公软件，具备基础的数据分析能力，具备较强的学习能力与适应能力，且对音乐行业有热情，愿意深入了解行业动态与发展趋势； 5、工作认真负责，注重细节，能够高效完成任务，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
