日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、内容洞察与机会挖掘：围绕业务目标，洞察不同内容类型在用户体验、内容消费、种草、转化等环节中的问题与机会点，输出有价值的分析结论； 2、生态监控与机制建设：持续监控内容生态动态，参与内容识别、理解、分层、标签化等基础机制的完善，推动电商内容数量、质量与效率的提升； 3、策略制定与落地：将数据洞察转化为可落地的策略建议，协同产品、运营、算法等团队推动方案上线并验证效果； 4、内容评估体系搭建：参与内容质量评估体系、打分标准的设计与迭代，用清晰的标准驱动生态正向发展。

1、本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播、中文、市场营销、电子商务、统计学、数据科学、社会学、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、有内容平台/社媒平台相关实习经验（如内容创作、社区运营、新媒体运营、内容策略等），对电商/内容行业有热情； 3、逻辑严谨，沟通表达清晰，对内容有天然敏感度，日常深度使用抖音等平台，对热点和内容形态有独立观察； 4、结构化思维强，能从大量数据中分析总结，将结论转化为可落地的策略建议，有数据分析或用户研究经历优先； 5、每周可实习4天及以上，持续3个月以上。
