1、负责抖音内容消费体验、社区互动、圈层文化方向的国内用户研究工作，能独立支持业务完成落地性强的专项研究，承担各类用户研究项目的需求分析、方案设计、项目执行、报告产出，并推动业务落地策略获得收益； 2、针对推荐类个性化内容消费，能够理解业务逻辑，擅用产品化研究方法、结合数据分析等方式设计研究，定位推荐分发关键问题诊断与策略验证； 3、负责前瞻战略类分析，通过行业分析、商业分析、定性定量调研等手段，从用户底层需求、市场竞争格局等综合视角出发洞察与产品的关键竞争场景与产品机会点，为中长期方向提供判断依据。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、社会学、心理学、经济学、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上用户研究工作经验，能独立负责复杂业务方向，产出高质量决策支持与落地结果，有社区/内容平台/推荐产品经验加分； 3、逻辑分析能力好、善于发现问题；熟练掌握数据分析、众测、访谈等多种方法获取用户体验；能够从市场环境、用户需求、业务数据等多维度思考、将抽象问题有效拆解；乐于创新尝试新方法、发现执行中的问题并不断迭代； 4、具备较强的主动性和推动力，能从众多洞察的信息中找到关键问题，积极推动跨团队共识与落地，并能在复盘中持续迭代研究与策略； 5、对短视频、社区产品有个人见解，有抖音重度使用经验、有泛娱乐内容及社区生态研究经验优先。
