日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Data-电商团队，负责电商创新项目的算法和大数据工作。依托于字节跳动产品，帮助用户发现并获得好物，享受美好生活。在这个团队，我们不仅要通过推荐和搜索算法帮助用户买到感兴趣的好东西，也要通过风控算法和智能平台治理算法去甄别违规行为，保护用户的购物体验；我们还要建设智能客服技术、大规模商品知识图谱来提升各个交易环节的效率；我们也要结合机器学习和运筹算法，来优化供应链和物流的效率和成本，并进一步提升用户体验；另外我们还会用人工智能来帮助商家提升经营能力。我们的使命：没有难卖的优价好物，让美好生活触手可得。

1、参与字节跳动推荐与电商广告大模型（LLM/多模态/序列模型）的训练工程开发与优化，包括但不限于：超大规模模型训练框架、高效样本构建与流式数据管道（样本拼接、去重、对齐、延迟修正）、离线训练与在线推理的一致性保障； 2、深度参与电商广告大模型的训练性能与稳定性优化工作，包括但不限于：吞吐优化（混合精度训练、梯度累积/检查点）、显存优化、训练任务排障与复现； 3、深度参与大模型推理性能优化，面向广告与推荐的高并发、低延迟场景，进行系统级优化：延迟/吞吐分析、推理图优化、批处理与并发优化、显存与内存优化、缓存与显存管理、模型量化、推理链路问题定位； 4、结合真实业务目标（召粗/精排Ranking全链路），参与大模型在广告与推荐中的落地应用：用户/内容/商品表征的统一建模、大模型与传统深度模型的混合架构。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉C++/Java/Golang/Python中至少一门语言，具备良好的工程代码能力； 3、扎实的计算机基础，对以下方向至少一项有深入理解或强烈兴趣：深度学习训练与推理系统、分布式系统/高性能计算、GPU/算子/编译优化； 4、熟悉Linux开发环境，具备良好的数据结构、算法与系统设计能力； 5、对大模型技术有强烈好奇心，具备快速学习能力和良好的技术沟通能力； 6、加分项（非必须）： 1）了解分布式训练常见概念（DDP/FSDP/ZeRO等）、混合精度、Profile工具； 2）了解推理优化方向（TorchScript/ONNX/TensorRT、量化、KV Cache、算子融合等）之一； 3）了解LLM/多模态模型/序列建模（Transformer及其变体）； 4）有大规模训练、推理优化或推荐/广告系统相关经验。
