1、围绕本地生活业务目标，辅助搭建体验度量指标体系，实现从全局看清到问题定位的系统能力建设，定期输出专项数据分析和策略迭代建议，支撑业务服务体验目标达成； 2、针对用户反馈信息，提炼一二三级问题标签分类，进而持续观测用户反馈问题的结构和水位情况，并结合AI+产品能力，实现标签生成、迭代和准召评估的线上化流程，助力业务提效； 3、结合对业务指标的影响，如用户核销、复购，来进行用户反馈问题的分级分类，并持续辅助挖掘问题根因，助力体验驱动业务增长。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、计算机、人工智能、信管类相关专业优先； 2、具备一定数据分析能力和意识，能熟练使用至少一种数据分析工具，如Python/SQL/R语言或Excel/SPSS/Tableau等数据工具； 3、有优秀的逻辑思维能力和较强的学习能力，AI应用深度用户、AI项目实习/项目、Workflow/Agent搭建经验优先； 4、有自驱力，能独立思考，责任心强，有良好的执行力、沟通能力和合作精神，能够有效的开展团队协作； 5、实习时间不低于4个月，每周需到岗5天。
