1、作为商业化产品运营，围绕客户反馈、功能运营、培训赋能和内容建设等方向展开工作，持续推动产品价值被更多客户理解、使用和放大； 2、在客户反馈与需求运营方向，需要收集客户反馈，识别高价值、共性和关键需求，协同产品研发团队推动需求落地和功能上线，并持续跟进反馈，完成全链路闭环； 3、在功能宣传推广与增长运营方向，要围绕重点功能与新功能，尤其是AI相关能力，制定并推动一系列运营动作，包括功能包装、内容宣传推广、场景化案例沉淀、活动策划等，持续提升功能曝光、用户认知、使用渗透及功能消耗，放大产品商业化价值； 4、在培训与客户赋能方向，需要定期开展线上通用课程，帮助客户快速理解产品能力与使用方式；同时针对重点客户提供专属培训支持，培养客户侧管理员，提升客户自主使用与内部推广能力； 5、在帮助中心与内容建设方向，负责帮助中心内容撰写与持续完善，搭建结构使用友好的操作手册，帮助用户快速完成产品上手，提升自助解决问题的效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备3年及以上B端SaaS产品运营、商业化运营、用户运营经验，有AI产品经验优先；能够站在客户视角理解业务需求，并具备较强的产品价值传递与用户经营意识； 3、有优秀的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，能够高效联动多角色，推动复杂事项落地；同时具备较强的同理心和服务意识，在客户反馈沟通、培训中建立良好的专业形象； 4、有一定的文字功底，完成上新推送、操作手册优化等等基础运营工作；具备较强的结构化思考和学习能力，能理解复杂产品逻辑，在AI方向持续关注、探索并实践；对数据敏感，持续优化运营策略与结果。
