ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：国际化商业安全团队致力于在国际化用户、企业和产品之间建立安全可靠的连接。我们通过一系列完善的系统和能力，审核广告内容、预测政策违规行为，并执行广告审核通过或拒绝的措施。 作为国际商业化团队的业务合作伙伴，我们提供的业务诚信解决方案不仅确保国际化业务始终是一个安全、积极、友好的用户环境，同时也推动业务增长。

1、以Go为主参与国际化广告审核相关业务系统的服务端开发与优化，包括机审配置平台、风控处置平台等核心服务的接口设计、业务逻辑实现和性能调优； 2、参与系统架构与数据模型设计，配合同步落地风控策略、规则配置等核心能力建设，保障系统的稳定性与可扩展性； 3、基于React等技术栈，参与必要的前端页面开发与联调，完成核心页面和交互的实现，确保前后端联动顺畅； 4、与产品经理、前端/后端同学紧密合作，梳理业务需求，将其拆解为清晰可执行的技术方案并落地实现； 5、参与代码编写、测试与维护，持续优化代码质量和开发效率，协助进行相关技术调研和文档沉淀。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机或相关专业； 2、能保证稳定的实习时长（连续实习3个月及以上更佳），可尽快到岗者优先； 3、扎实的编程基础，熟悉Go语言，了解常用Web框架及HTTP/REST、数据库等后端开发基础，有使用Go开发后端服务/接口的项目经验者优先； 4、了解基本的前端技术（HTML/CSS/JavaScript），熟悉至少一种前端框架，优先React，有简单前端项目实践更佳； 5、对国际化广告审核、风控或平台系统有兴趣，具备良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和问题分析解决能力； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，工作积极主动，有主人翁意识。
