日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与字节跳动雇主品牌传播工作，包括校招宣传和保温的传播策划、内容运营、活动策划落地等； 2、参与字节跳动校招礼盒运营，包含校招礼盒创意策划、发货运营、内外部答疑等； 3、参与业务团队宣传，包括内容策划、新媒体运营等； 4、支持团队日常工作，包括但不限于行业动态观察、校招宣传数据洞察等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周至少4天以上（5天优先）全职实习，实习期3月以上（6个月优先）； 3、脑洞大、审美好，对传播有极大热情，打造过爆款内容且附作品者、或有创意活动落地经验者优先； 4、有较强的数据分析和信息整合能力，能从数据中发现问题、提出优化策略； 5、有新媒体运营经验，能熟练使用各类公众号排版软件、制图软件； 6、沟通能力强、细心、有责任心、做事主动。
