日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：内容与合作部的业务方向主要为“抖音、今日头条双端的头部内容运营”，满足用户内容消费需求，重点包括：头部内容（如公共资讯、大型体育赛事）运营；维护运营头部作者，并围绕头部作者进行IP内容策划及生产工作；维护运营媒体机构创作者、体育创作者，为公共资讯、大型体育赛事等持续供给内容。

1、负责协助处理日常区域媒体相关合作工作，包括运营支持等； 2、负责数据梳理、行业动态观察分析等工作； 3、负责活动海报等相关物料制作工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，新闻、中文专业优先； 2、对IT互联网有强烈兴趣和一定技能； 3、对数据能力，视频剪辑能力，及海报设计能力擅长者优先； 4、性格开朗，品行端正，沟通顺畅，执行能力和责任心强，能主动学习、挖掘工作需求并创新； 5、有固定实习时间，能保证每周工作5天，实习时间不少于3个月。
