1、结合行业研究与商家分析，识别不同行业商家的经营特点与增长机会，支持策略制定与优化，支持动销、留存及成长升级等核心指标提升； 2、参与数据分析和效果复盘，协助搭建和维护核心指标分析视角，支持数据宽表、看板、归因分析等基础工作，帮助团队更高效地发现问题、验证效果； 3、参与AI在商家成长场景中的探索与应用，例如策略生成、任务推荐、数据解读、自动化复盘等，推动更高效的策略运营方式落地； 4、与产品、算法、数据、业务等多团队协作，推动策略方案和分析结论转化为实际动作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对运营、策略分析或商业增长方向有浓厚兴趣，关注商家经营与平台生态； 3、具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等工具，有SQL能力者优先； 4、具备较强的逻辑分析与结构化思考能力；具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，执行力强，能够主动推动事项落地； 5、有运营、数据分析、行业研究相关实习经历，对本地生活服务行业有了解或有AI使用经验可加分。
