1、维护并开拓生活服务到店服务大客户，建立与企业的深度合作关系，从客户生意出发，帮助客户制定营销策略、广告营销方案，推动今日头条、抖音、西瓜视频、抖音火山版等公司旗下产品的广告营收，协助解决客户的问题，帮助客户实现生意增长； 2、与公司关联部门联系沟通，确保广告及时投放与问题反馈、广告资源的合理利用和开发； 3、指导销售与商家保持深度合作关系，优化商家的商品情况，提升门店经营效果和指标，达成既定的销售指标，包括但不限于销售额； 4、全国综合连锁品牌的市场规划、策略制定及实施，挖掘增长机会点和重大项目拓展，联合商户打造营销事件； 5、整合内外部资源，包括大促、广告协同、品牌门店赋能等增值服务方案等。

1、大学本科及以上学历； 2、1-3年大客户销售经验，2年以上大客户销售相关行业经验； 3、有行业垂类平台、行业社群平台，媒体广告销售经验、营销运营经验者，交易属性经验者或平台型企业经验者优先，深耕综合行业并有一定客户积累，沉淀过完整的综合行业方法论； 4、具备良好的客户开拓、客户服务能力，优秀的销售、谈判以及口笔表达交流的技巧； 5、敢于面对挑战，有良好的人脉和客户资源； 6、性格外向开朗，善于与人沟通，具有敏锐的市场洞察力与执行力。
