1、负责红果短剧/番茄小说分享回流、小组件、厂商资源位等站外触达场景的产品规划与落地，从用户洞察、方案设计到上线迭代全流程跟进，持续提升触达效率与用户转化； 2、围绕拉新、召回、促活目标，设计并优化站外流量获取与分发策略，结合用户分层与内容偏好，提升流量利用效率与用户生命周期价值； 3、建立核心指标体系，通过A/B实验、漏斗分析、用户行为研究等方式定位增长机会，持续优化产品方案，以数据结果验证增长效果； 4、持续关注行业内站外触达、系统级入口、厂商合作等方向的最新动态与产品玩法，输出可落地的产品创新建议； 5、与研发、设计、运营、商务、厂商对接等团队紧密协作，推动项目高效落地，协调解决过程中的资源与排期问题。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、关注阅读/短剧场景与用户心理，能够从用户视角出发判断方案的合理性，有长期小说/短剧消费习惯更佳； 3、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力与产品意识，能够从用户需求与业务目标出发，拆解问题并设计清晰的产品方案； 4、熟练使用Excel/SQL等数据分析工具，能够通过数据发现问题、验证假设，有A/B实验设计与分析经验者优先； 5、对互联网产品增长有强烈兴趣，关注用户增长、流量运营、手机特性等相关领域，有主动学习与探索新事物的习惯。
