1、品类招标采购执行：负责综合服务品类，含综合设施管理服务（IFM）、体检服务、康体服务、搬家服务、车辆租赁、EHS咨询、绿植租摆、物资等相关采购的全流程执行，包括需求梳理、寻源、供方考察、招标采购组织、合同签订及履约管理，建立并持续优化品类招标采购策略； 2、商务谈判与成本管控：参与综合服务品类相关价格的审核，管理招标控制价/标底，保障采购价格合理、履约风险可控； 3、供应商开发与生态建设：制定综合服务品类的供方拓展计划，高效有序开发中国区优质供应商资源；组织供应商考察与交流，完成资质审核，建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系，保持供应体系健康、高效运转； 4、供应商评价与分级管理：建立并完善综合服务品类的供应商管理评价体系，制定服务商分级评价标准，结合服务质量、履约表现、成本竞争力等维度实现供应资源的动态优胜劣汰； 5、品类洞察与价值输出：跟踪综合设施管理（IFM）服务、体检、康体等核心品类的行业趋势、服务模式与技术演进，定期输出品类采购分析报告，从资源、成本、风险及管理价值等维度为业务决策提供采购视角的专业输入。

1、行业经验：具备综合服务类采购从业经验，熟悉设施管理（IFM/FM）、企业行政后勤、健康福利（体检/康体）、EHS等一类或多类服务品类的采购运作；来自科技、企业总部行政或综合设施管理服务商等背景者优先； 2、语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，具备国际化/跨区域综合服务品类采购经验者优先； 3、专业能力：能够独立完成综合服务品类项目的全流程招标采购工作，熟悉服务类招标采购与框架合同的运作特点； 4、知识储备与数据能力：熟悉财税、合同法等相关法律法规；具备较强的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel及主流数据分析工具，从数据中提炼采购洞察； 5、软性素质：具备良好的沟通协调能力、谈判能力和亲和力，能够高效对接业务方、供应商及内部相关部门； 6、职业素养：具备良好的职业道德与价值观、团队合作精神；主动性高，愿意在快速变化的业务环境中持续迭代方法与工具。
