1、负责搭建并深化字节跳动C端业务与全球关键合作伙伴的战略合作关系；重点聚焦应用生态、硬件、软件、新场景等的合作，推动合作从初期洽谈实施到长期价值共创；深度融入公司相关产品环节，与产品、技术、运营等内部团队建立紧密沟通机制，全面、准确理解产品在不同阶段的发展需求与合作方向，明确产品优势与合作需求，对齐公司战略； 2、主导设计可落地合作方案；深度理解集团C端产品的能力与应用场景，结合合作伙伴的业务需求，包括但不限于接口合作、联合产品开发、新商业模式设计、生态资源共享等合作模式，形成结构化、可落地的合作方案；定期分析行业动态，持续优化合作策略，确保公司合作模式具备市场竞争力，能够有效吸引优质外部合作伙伴； 3、洞察市场发掘机会；主动挖掘C端手机厂商生态领域的新合作机会，跟踪行业动态（如AI应用创新、客户需求变化），与内部产品、技术、市场团队紧密协作，将外部合作需求转化为产品优化方向与业务拓展策略； 4、主导合作谈判全流程，平衡公司。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上商务经理工作经验，有AI、科技、消费电子行业经验者优先，具备成功推动跨区域、跨行业合作项目实施的经历； 2、具备出色的沟通表达与谈判能力，清晰传递字节跳动的价值主张；拥有优秀的资源整合能力，可协调内外部资源推动合作实施； 3、具备全球视野，了解不同国家和地区的AI市场规则、文化差异及政策环境，能适应跨文化合作场景；英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言熟练开展商务工作； 4、具备较强的自驱力，能在AI行业环境中独立推进工作，主动应对挑战，对AI技术及行业生态有深刻认知，能准确判断合作机会的商业潜力优先。
