1、制定老客户维护计划和销售策略，致力于提高客户续约率、续费金额和增购频率，确保完成公司下达的相关销售指标； 2、具备与 CEO 对话沟通的能力，负责维护现有重点老客户关系，通过定期回访深入了解客户的使用体验与需求，积极推进续约续费工作，挖掘潜在的增购机会，并促成签约； 3、为老客户提供专业的咨询服务，解决客户疑问，提升客户满意度，推动合作深入发展； 4、负责对接老客户的需求，与产品团队密切沟通协作，确保老客户的解决方案能够顺利优化与升级，为客户的持续合作负责； 5、基于老客户的使用场景，归纳总结成功合作经验与最佳实践，借助客户活动实现规模化复制，以此推动可复制的客户服务模式。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉 SaaS/协同/安全/云计算/大数据等相关信息化产品； 2、熟悉行业趋势、客户痛点，了解 IT 系统与数字化建设趋势、数字化转型趋势、管理、组织建设等，能够准确把握老客户的潜在需求； 3、具备维护高层客户关系的经验，拥有优秀的内外部沟通协调能力，能有效协调资源满足老客户需求； 4、对数据有一定敏感性，能通过数据分析老客户的使用情况和需求趋势，制定针对性的维护策略； 5、拥有较强逻辑思维能力，能够根据老客户需求独立产出优化解决方案，并清晰地向客户讲解和推进。
