1、负责汽水音乐的商业化设计，参与产品端内视觉体验设计工作； 2、与PM、RD团队协作，把控输出完整优质的设计方案； 3、时刻监控和分析设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，并制定符合体验且能体现产品调性的设计方案； 4、理解音乐业务，参与用户体验、商业转化的玩法探索，协同产品、运营、开发，推动提案落地，并通过AI能力（如Prompt工程、RAG应用）优化设计工作流。

1、熟练使用基础设计软件，PS/AI/AE/3D/动效能力等，有良好的视觉设计能力与审美； 2、具备优秀的设计思维，良好的美术修养，设计能力全面，能够掌握多种设计风格，善于思考，有良好的创意能力； 3、能够自主完成项目与活动，有合作意识，可以跨职能完成工作，有较强的执行力和推动力，善于归纳总结； 4、有商业化的设计经验加分，有数据意识和业务视角，对设计趋势有敏感度，熟练掌握AI设计流程；对大模型技术有基本认知，了解RAG、Prompt Engineering、模型评估等概念，有实际结合大模型落地策略的经验优先（如：利用大模型优化内容理解、投稿辅助、质量判等）； 5、对设计和音乐充满热情，有良好的自我驱动意识和沟通能力，有主动学习和挑战舒适圈的意识； 6、1年-3年互联网设计经验，设计类本科及以上学历。
