日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、深入分析全球创意补贴效率，通过定期分析、专题分析等发现补贴优化空间，并针对性的给出建议； 2、支持预算制定和管理，监测关键业财指标进展和预算执行情况，定期更新使用进展和效率，并同步业务侧； 3、解答全球运营团队针对补贴管理和流程的问题，确保补贴使用的合理性和有效性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计、金融、管理科学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备数据分析、统计知识，熟练使用SQL等分析工具使用经验加分，有数据分析背景者优先； 3、善于深度和独立思考问题，具备优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力，对新事物有高度好奇心和洞察力，具备战略思考以及落地动手能力； 4、具备良好的责任心和自驱力，主动识别并分析解决关键问题，拥有良好的沟通和团队协作能力； 5、英文可作为工作语言。
