日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、行业赛道运营支持：深度跟进抖音电商食品生鲜类目行业动态，监测赛道趋势、爆款单品、用户消费偏好及产品运营玩法，定期整理行业洞察报告，为类目运营策略优化提供基础支撑； 2、平台活动落地执行：负责行业各类大促、品类活动、品牌营销IP的对接与落地，协助完成活动报名、素材提报、权益配置、数据跟进等工作，保障相关活动高效落地； 3、数据复盘与优化：依托内部工具，协助和完成数据分析、运营复盘，总结问题并提出轻量化优化建议，助力业务提效； 4、商家与资源对接：协助对接食品生鲜类目入驻商家，解答基础运营问题，同步平台规则、活动政策、流量扶持资源；跟进商家运营需求，协助维护商家关系，助力商家长效经营； 5、完成团队交办的其他食品生鲜行业运营专项工作及日常运营辅助事务。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用Excel，可独立完成数据整理、表格制作、基础数据统计分析；具备基础逻辑思维和数据敏感度，善于从数据中发现运营问题与机会； 3、深度使用抖音，熟悉抖音电商内容生态、流量规则、直播及短视频带货模式；关注行业趋势与爆款品类者优先； 4、工作认真负责、细心高效，具备良好的沟通协调、跨团队协作能力与执行力；学习能力强，接受新事物、新规则速度快，能主动推进工作、复盘优化； 5、每周可稳定出勤4-5天，可连续实习3个月及以上；有电商运营、新媒体运营、行业类目运营相关实习经验者优先。
