1、负责用户体验中台、研发效能平台等的前端研发工作，为抖音等旗下产品提供智能化与服务化解决方案； 2、参与团队前端工程化体系建设，逐步提升研发效率、研发质量，通过前端技术的不断产出驱动业务的发展； 3、参与AI Agent全链路能力开发，持续探索AI Agent领域最新能力的落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握各类前端基础知识（HTML/CSS/JS），熟悉至少一个前端框架（React/Vue），熟悉模块化、前端编译原理； 3、了解AI Agent相关前端技术与设计思想，了解主流AI Agent产品及其应用场景，对Agent前后端交互技术实现有所了解； 4、具备较强的责任感、团队合作精神、逻辑思维能力和表达能力。

加分项： 1、具备有Node.js、Go、Python等后端Web服务开发经验； 2、对于MV*框架源码有一定的研究； 3、了解相关开发技术栈（LangChain/LangGraph等），对Agent开发框架/模式有了解优先； 4、有开源作品或者技术博客。
