1、参与抖音复杂的系统架构设计、优化，提升抖音系统性能和用户体验，保证高并发高可靠； 2、探索AI时代下产品功能的新形态，参与到投稿创作、互动、社交等新的交互创新与优化； 3、参与AI交付工具与代码能力的创新与建设，利用AI完成复杂的工程任务与架构设计，以AI-Native的方式驱动研发效率提升； 4、通过不断的技术研究和创新，持续提升抖音的用户体验，推动业务的快速发展和高效迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，计算机基础功底扎实；至少熟练掌握一门编程语言（C/C++/Java/Python/Golang/PHP等）；积极使用AI编程工具，能借助AI完成较复杂工程任务；对AI辅助研发有热情和探索意愿者优先； 3、有业务洞察和判断力：能够识别问题、推动解决；对用户场景有敏感度，能把工程视角和业务视角结合思考。
