1、参与大模型智能体系统的架构设计与核心功能开发，包括任务规划、工具调用、记忆管理等模块； 2、负责智能体关键能力的研发，如复杂任务拆解、多轮对话管理、上下文理解与保持等； 3、结合文本、图像、语音等多模态信息，探索智能体在不同场景下的交互模式； 4、持续优化智能体系统的性能、稳定性和用户体验，探索前沿技术在智能体领域的应用； 5、将智能体技术应用于实际业务场景，解决用户痛点，提升产品体验。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上； 3、具备优秀的学习能力，能快速理解复杂Agent逻辑、评测痛点与业务目标，主动思考远多于被动执行； 4、有大模型/LLM/Agent评测、对话系统评估、模型迭代相关经验，熟悉主流大模型生态，有评测工具开发、自动化评测、模型调用经验者优先； 5、具备高度自驱力和执行力，注重结果导向，勇于突破创新，对高质量有追求，对问题坚持探索； 6、有评测集构建、评测方案设计、数据分析/结论提炼能力，能从数据中发现真问题、给出真方案。
