1、负责巨量本地推投放平台的整体产品架构设计、演进路线及中长期战略规划，对业务的商业化收入、客户活跃度及留存等指标负责； 2、深入研究本地生活（到店、酒旅、外卖等）不同生命周期、不同体量商家的营销诉求，设计端到端的商业变现解决方案，持续提升商家的投放效率与ROI； 3、紧密衔接策略与算法团队，将底层的竞价机制、流量分配等模型能力，转化为商家易理解、易操作的平台功能，持续优化商家的产品体验与操作效率； 4、作为业务枢纽，与算法、研发、策略、运营、销售及本地生活行业团队紧密配合，推动复杂项目（尤其是跨策略与平台的前后端联动项目）的落地，确保产品高效迭代与业务目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品经验，其中至少3年以上商业化广告平台或本地生活业务产品经验；具备3年以上团队管理经验； 2、熟悉主流效果广告平台的系统架构与前端产品形态，对如何将复杂的竞价逻辑、自动化投放能力“翻译”为极简的客户侧产品有深刻理解； 3、对本地生活行业的商业模式、商家经营痛点有深度洞察，能深刻理解“流量”与“线下履约生意”的结合点； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维、同理心与交互设计意识，善于从商家的实际操作场景出发，将复杂的业务现象和策略机制抽象为系统化、标准化的平台产品方案； 5、优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力与大局观，具备强烈的自驱力、创业精神与“拿结果”的能力。
