1、参与亿级规模的生活服务的个性化营销优化，主要包括补贴策略、增量价值建模等优化工作，支持整体的生活服务拉新、召回以及促购的个性化营销； 2、通过因果推断、深度学习、迁移学习、多任务学习等技术提升个性化定价的准确性，落地应用因果推断、深度学习的前沿研究成果，为生活服务用户提供更精准的个性化补贴； 3、深度参与生活服务营销平台、策略引擎的优化研究以及通用平台策略的迭代； 4、走在生活服务营销行业的前沿，进行模型和算法的创新，打造业界领先的营销算法体系和补贴系统。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形、语音识别与合成中一项或多项； 5、对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎、对话问答、图像和视频分析处理相关技术有经验者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
