1、参与抖音搜索相关产品的后台业务研发； 2、参与搜索垂直方向架构的相关开发工作，根据制定的改造方案，完成核心代码的开发和调试； 3、参与搜索引擎速度，稳定性及服务治理方向的开发工作，能够从庞杂的系统中找出优化点，并完成开发。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，计算机基础功底扎实； 3、至少熟练掌握一门编程语言（C/C++/Java/Python/Golang/PHP等）； 4、热爱编程，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，有较强的学习能力，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术； 5、每周保证至少4天的实习时间，可实习4个月以上。
