1、负责国际化短视频创新广告样式产品和商业化活动以驱动收入增长为目标，制定产品迭代策略和落地； 2、收集调研客户关于创新广告样式和活动需求，推进制作Demo，产出PRD，跟进研发上线和数据监控； 3、与内容设计师、运营、销售、法务紧密沟通，深入理解销售、客户预算分配逻辑，全程跟进项目落地，解决项目执行中遇到的问题，梳理长期规模化活动执行的SOP，简化执行流程，提升项目落地的整体效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对互联网广告领域感兴趣，善于观察及分析，能够站在变现及用户视角理解、分析、解决问题； 3、逻辑思维能力强，对数据敏感，能够通过数据推理发现问题； 4、有求知欲、自驱、抗压、积极主动，学习能力强，耐心细心，对产品工作有热情； 5、英语表达及书写流利，英语可作为工作语言优先。
