1、以策略运营的身份负责获客增长工作，善于客群分析、增长实验设计、策略产出并落地，通过策略效果数据提炼，进行有效的增长策略优化，迭代获客路径； 2、通过数据分析结合用户调研，发现用户增长的主要问题和长期机会点，并制定有效的应对方案； 3、需要跨团队协作，能有条理的协调团队内外部资源。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、积极面对挑战，结果导向自我驱动强； 3、目标意识强，逻辑思维清晰，对数据敏感，擅长从不同的数据中发现问题和机会； 4、有较强的沟通能力和和项目执行能力，具有良好的问题解决能力。
