1、为圈层主理人的引入及经营负责，参考主流程与主理人深度沟通，并能根据主理人的实际情况做个性化的运营，牵引圈层动作开展； 2、通过对主理人内容表现和行为的数据分析，持续做策略优化，挖掘圈层经营机会点和改进项，并在实践中验证效果，推进关键指标提升； 3、指导主理人通过内容持续获客，并发现内容生态中的机会点及流量异常，推动跨部门优化，敏捷推进主理人测试调整，推动主理人规模化，招募-社群运营-经营闭环-招募的持续扩展； 4、对运动、手工圈层在抖音及类似平台上的UGC生态现状与核心问题有一定了解，能持续下探行业信息及新玩法。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上用户运营、社区运营、BD工作、图文运营经验，对增长类业务有较深入了解； 2、对兴趣圈层有运营经验或参与经验，能够识别内容趋势/风向； 3、具备良好的用户沟通撬动能力、谈判能力； 4、具备系统性问题解决能力及数据分析能力，有一定的SQL或AI应用经验，能持续自驱找到更优的方案并推动落地； 5、具备优秀的责任心和自驱力，较好的目标拆解能力，具备良好的跨部门协作能力，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力。
