1、协同上下游出具结算方案，包括但不限于结算流程设计和结算系统方案等，确保新项目结算方案按时落地； 2、结算流程标准化、规范化，组织建立各环节SOP体系，并严控SOP执行情况，确保结算合规、准确和高效； 3、把控结算风险，有事前、事中、事后风险控制意识，推动各环节风险管理，保证整体结算风险可控； 4、处理结算相关问题，包括不限于系统计费、内外部协调事项、各类风险事件、对账差异沟通等； 5、组织统筹日常结算工作，包括结算合同审核、报价配置、常规结账、日常计费、对账及付款等。

1、本科及以上学历，具备财务或物流相关工作经验，熟悉电商物流结算场景优先； 2、逻辑思维强，能基于结算业务收集、梳理、分析、发现问题并提供解决方案，有系统或流程改造项目经验优先； 3、沟通协调能力强，具备解决开放性问题的能力，能应对复杂的跨组织沟通； 4、细致认真，有较强责任感，工作积极主动，具备风险把控意识和能力； 5、掌握数据分析能力，熟练使用办公软件如excel，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先。
