1、负责汽车代理商的业务拓展及维护，有效传递公司业务和产品价值，扩大合作份额； 2、引导及培养代理商与巨量引擎业务合作在健康度、投入度、合规度等方面良性发展，有效向代理商传递公司渠道政策、做好疏导，促进业务良性可持续发展，有策略性扶持和管理代理商并完成业绩目标； 3、整合内部及横向部门资源，加深代理合作关系、创造更多合作机会，解决销售及执行过程中的各种突发问题和挑战，并完成公司下发的各季度、年度销售任务； 4、参与代理商的市场活动，组织、协调相关资源，准确直达代理商的需求及提供精准的解决方案； 5、协助跟进代理的引入、合同签署、返点结算、回款等各项商务工作，规避业务商务风险。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网推广或媒体销售经验，有互联网媒体渠道销售或者广告产品运营经验者优先；有电商运营、直播、内容运营及服务商管理经验者优先； 2、具有优秀的市场洞察力、执行力及团队合作能力；优秀的提案技巧； 3、敢于并热爱面对压力和挑战，能胜任高强度快节奏工作，较强的工作承压能力； 4、为人正直，品性端正，符合公司的价值观体系。
