1、负责国内主流社交媒体的日常运营和搜索引擎优化的的运营，提升账号曝光及转化效果； 2、结合平台特性优化内容形式（图文/文章/短视频等），挖掘用户需求并策划高传播性内容； 3、监控并分析社媒平台数据（如曝光量、互动率、转化率等），输出数据报告并提出可落地的优化方案； 4、协助搭建和维护增长自动化工具（如多维表格/RPA/Python脚本）在运营场景中的应用，优化重复性工作流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备国内社媒平台运营或用户增长经验，了解SEO搜索引擎优化； 3、熟练使用Excel，熟悉自动化工具（如多维表格/RPA/Python）的使用； 4、具备数据驱动决策和数据分析意识； 5、学习能力强，逻辑清晰，能快速掌握新平台、新工具，对互联网运营有强烈兴趣； 6、可以实习6个月及以上，每周到岗5天优先。
