日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责问卷平台与推荐Debug平台两大平台的日常运营，承接业务方需求，保障平台稳定运转与持续迭代； 2、负责问卷调研的下发管理、文案把控与资源协调，提升调研效率与业务方满意度；同时负责推荐Debug平台的能力建设与推广，推动推荐链路白盒化，帮助算法团队快速定位问题； 3、基于运营与调研中发现的问题，梳理需求、推动平台功能优化与运营工具完善，提升运营效率并沉淀可复用能力； 4、对平台运营数据进行分析与归因，输出结论为功能迭代和策略优化提供决策参考；同时统筹规划项目，推进前后端研发按时上线需求。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有用户运营/产品、平台产品、项目管理、隐私合规等相关经验者优先； 3、对推荐系统有较好理解，熟悉推荐链路各环节； 4、具备扎实的文字功底与产品思维，能撰写清晰有吸引力的调研文案，并参与需求梳理与功能优化； 5、具备数据分析与问题拆解能力，能通过数据发现问题、驱动改进，并将算法排查思路转化为平台能力需求； 6、具备良好的责任心与沟通协作能力，能在跨团队协作中高效推进工作，每周到岗时间充足者优先。
