1、实现和维护已在支持业务的深度学习算法（如推荐和文本生成等），并进行基准测试和优化，以确保最佳性能； 2、研究和探索算法在更多场景下的应用，以平台能力去支持更多业务团队； 3、分析大型数据集，并从中提取更深入的见解； 4、与数据科学家和数据工程师紧密合作，构建解决方案并进行开发； 5、撰写技术与项目文档。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、统计、应用数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的数学、编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、对深度学习算法（主要是NLP或推荐算法）和机器学习算法有了解；有Kaggle、天池或者算法商赛经验者优先；对大型语言模型有项目经验或有兴趣者优先考虑； 4、有Python编程经验，熟悉其他主要深度学习框架（例如TensorFlow，PyTorch等）； 5、良好的沟通能力以便与各层次的员工进行协作；有快速学习，解决问题并自我管理的能力。
