1、负责全行业重点专项策划与推进，例如：节点战役（破峰/大促）、供给效率提升、商家分层运营机制、广告增长协同等； 2、辅助设计SOP、运营节奏、提报/评审机制、监控看板，推动规模化复制，做好进度、资源、风险管控，并跟进落地复盘； 3、推进重点产品在行业的商家覆盖，并能结合不同行业特点和商家需求，帮助产品功能优化； 4、依托数据分析挖掘业务问题，开展商家分层运营，整合平台资源赋能商户，优化运营策略，输出运营报告，支撑业务决策与增长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有互联网数据分析，产品/行业运营实习经验者优先； 3、专业技能：熟练掌握PPT/Excel，SQL技能优先； 4、基本素质：有良好的数据分析能力和逻辑框架，有钻研探索精神，喜欢挑战，有较高的自我期望和成长诉求。
