ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：财经业务依托抖音集团的流量优势和领先的基础技术能力，通过"抖音支付""抖音月付""放心借"以及退货运费险等产品，为广大个人用户、企业和机构提供支付、消费金融和保险经纪等金融科技服务。 财经大模型算法团队专注于金融领域的大模型对话场景算法研究，支持包括财经智能助理Agent、智能客服、智能外呼、智能金融数据分析等财经大模型应用场景的建设，服务过亿级财经用户。团队的工作包括财经领域知识注入生成式大模型、金融对话场景Agent架构研发、端到到本文/语音生成、检索增强生成（RAG）、智能数据分析、图片与视频理解等技术。我们使用前沿的机器学习技术进行端到端建模并不断创新突破，建设财经领域内行业领先的金融智能对话和金融数据分析能力，提升用户在抖音的财经业务用户体验。

1、负责财经数据产品的Agent研发工作，即构建数据专家，能够解答各类数据问题，深度参与harness各个环节落地（包括Agent框架、context管理、Memory机制、eval体系）； 2、了解前沿产品技术发展（LLM、Agent），开源领域的最佳实践，落地当前业务场景； 3、对各类模型（GPT、claude、ds、kimi）的能力和边界有认知，能在复杂场景融汇贯通，用到Memory、评估各个环节。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业； 2、深入理解计算机原理，有扎实的数据结构和算法基础； 3、对各类AI coding工具（CC/Codex）有深入的实践，有全流程loop的心得； 4、有求知欲，期望你是一个自驱的同学，对追求AGI有自己的想法； 5、每周可以实习4天以上，连续实习4个月以上。
