1、参与2D/3D数字人、音频驱动数字人、音画同出数字人等前沿技术的探索与研究，跟踪行业前沿动态，开展技术预研； 2、参与数字人生成核心算法的研发与迭代，实现面部表情、唇形同步、肢体动作的精准驱动，优化算法策略以提升数字人的真实感与交互效率； 3、参与数字人算法策略的设计与优化，落地技术方案并验证效果，确保数字人表现力与业务场景需求深度适配； 4、推动相关技术在电商场景的落地验证，完成算法模型的设计、实现与训练优化，以支撑业务目标达成。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉图像&视频生成算法，有视频生成或数字人相关项目经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握PyTorch等框架，具备良好的Python/C++编程能力； 4、具备较强的学习能力和解决问题能力，能积极参与团队协作与项目推进。
