1、协助制定招聘策略与招聘规划，结合业务发展节奏与人才需求，统筹招聘资源调度，保障招聘目标高效达成； 2、负责团队招聘数据的日常运营与管理，支持搭建及维护数据看板，定期输出招聘数据分析与洞察报告，为渠道优化和招聘策略调整提供数据支撑； 3、参与招聘流程优化与项目运营，识别招聘全流程关键卡点，梳理问题核心，输出结构化解决方案并推动落地，提升整体招聘效率与交付质量； 4、负责校招项目全流程管理，包括但不限于需求收集、流程制定、雇主品牌宣传、培训等，推动校招项目顺利落地，确保招聘目标达成； 5、协助统筹招聘相关资源（渠道、预算、人力配置等），结合业务优先级合理调配，保障关键招聘项目资源充足、按时交付。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，理工类、人力相关专业背景优先； 2、思维敏捷、学习能力强，有清晰的职业规划和职业发展目标，对从事HR相关工作有饱满的热情； 3、责任心强，善于与人沟通，具备良好的团队合作能力，逻辑清晰，积极自驱，做事踏实务实，有韧性，具备主动发现并改善问题的能力； 4、对数据敏感，逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据理解与分析能力； 5、熟练使用基础办公软件，同时对AI等新工具应用有好奇心。
